Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation

We will do our utmost to confirm receipt of your order within 2 business days.. If you do not receive confirmation from us within this time frame, please contact us at info@fionnskincare.com.


Shipment of order

We will do our best to ship the items to you within 3 business days and will forward to you by email the package tracking number, and actual shipment date. Please advise us if you have not received your package within a reasonable amount of time based on the average delivery time for your area so that we may follow-up on the tracking of your package.

Shipping Address Error Charge

Please make sure that the shipping address you supply is absolutely correct, to the best of your knowledge. If the package is returned, we will charge you the shipping cost.


Return or Exchange

If you are not satisfied with Finns skincare products for any reason, you may return the products for a replacement or refund within 14 days of the receipt issuing date. The shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable, and this amount will be deducted from your refund on returned or exchanged items - unless of course, Fionn Skincare plus erred in this transaction. We will not issue a refund nor send a replacement of good(s) until we are in receipt of the returned product(s).

Note: A Return Authorization (RA) is required prior to shipping your package back to Fionn Skincare plus. Customer bares shipping cost for returned items. Please e-mail us to indicate that we should expect the return.


To Return or Exchange your items:

  1. E -mail Us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number or Exchange Authorization(EA) number. Please specify whether you want return or exchange.
  2. Please clearly write your RA or EA number on the outside of the package you are retuning.
  3. Please return the package together with the original receipt. ( If the return is partial, please indicate this on the invoice where applicable)
  4. We will e-mail the shipping address for your return.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed


Note: We strongly recommend that you insure your return as we are not responsible for any losses while merchandise is in transit and will not issue any form of refund or credit for lost items. Insurance with your chosen carrier will be the only form of recourse that you will have for lost items being returned. (You will also need a receipt as proof you shipped the package.)


Refund

Credit will be issued within 5 business days of receiving your return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless we erred in the transaction.


Exchange

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless we erred in the transaction. Exchange items will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your return unless the products are out of stock. In such case, we will contact you asking if you wish to wait until the products are available or to accept different but similar value products. We will charge the flat rate of $5.00 for shipping for the exchanged items unless we erred in the transaction.


Cancellation of Order

Orders cannot be cancelled after they are shipped.


Sales Taxes

We are required to collect Canadian taxes on Canadian orders. We are also required to collect taxes if the order is shipped to a Canadian address. If you are in B.C., the tax total is 12% (GST + PST).


The currency of the stated value

All prices shown are in Canadian currency, including your shipping and handling costs.
